Sourcing Force pricing: a quote for your purchasing scope

Sourcing Force is priced by quotation. Define the software, integrations and support you need, and identify any procurement operations you want BME Consulting to handle.

Separate the software scope from outsourced operations

Sourcing Force provides a specialist application for class C purchases and tail spend, alongside your ERP or S2P. BME Consulting delivers the assigned procurement services. Software and services can be considered separately or together.

Your ERP or S2P remains the system of record for purchasing rules, approvals, commitments and orders. A useful quotation makes the interfaces, responsibilities and service boundaries explicit.

What shapes your quote?

DimensionInformation to prepare
Organisational scopeSites, legal entities, countries, users and purchasing categories.
WorkflowsRequests based on quotes, catalogue purchases, one-off needs and exception handling.
IntegrationsYour ERP/S2P, identity requirements, reference data and exchanges to implement.
Implementation and supportData preparation, pilot scope, training, rollout and support expectations.
Optional BME servicesOperations to assign, purchase types, volumes and service expectations.

The proposal should identify recurring charges, implementation work and any separately scoped services. No standard public price is quoted on this page.

Prepare a comparable proposal

  1. Select representative purchases. Include a routine request and a more difficult one-off need.
  2. Describe the current process. Identify requesters, approvers, systems, hand-offs and repeated manual work.
  3. Define the first scope. Agree which sites, categories and workflows a pilot will cover.
  4. Compare the full cost. Include software, integrations, internal effort, implementation and any external services on the same basis.

Use the procurement ROI calculator to explore your own assumptions; it does not replace a quotation or guarantee savings.
